For AO3 readers

Get credit for everything you read.

You read a lot. Hundreds of thousands of words a year, in fics no Goodreads shelf will ever count. WIP Inbox tracks every chapter — what you're following, where you left off, what's waiting — and turns it into the reading stats, year-in-review, and shareable library you'd have if fanfic counted like "real" books. (It does to us.)

The reading you're doing already, finally on the record.

Most readers can't tell you how many chapters they read last month. Not because they didn't read — because no one was counting. AO3 doesn't. Goodreads can't. StoryGraph doesn't know your WIPs exist.

WIP Inbox does. Every chapter you mark caught up is a chapter on your record: in your live stats page, in Stacked (your year-in-review), and in a clean export you can drop straight into StoryGraph alongside your published-book reads.

Your live reading stats

A real stats page — not a static badge. Pulls from every catch-up you log and updates as you read:

One-tap share card for the group chat, the timeline, or the friend who keeps asking what you've been doing all week.

Stacked — your reading year in stats live now

Stacked is your reading retrospective from WIP Inbox — a look at the fics, fandoms, and feelings shaping your year. Top fandoms, total word count (it's going to be shocking), longest fic finished, the WIP that's defining your year, superlatives, milestones, streaks you didn't know you had.

The half-year preview is live right now. The full year-in-review lands in December, built from every catch-up you log between now and then. The earlier you start tracking, the richer your Stacked gets.

Export to StoryGraph (and anywhere else)

Your reading history is yours. Anything you've finished can be exported as a clean CSV — formatted for StoryGraph import, so your fic reads sit on the same shelf as your published-book reads. Title, author, word count, date finished, fandom, the works.

One file. Two clicks. Your years of fic reading, on the record wherever you keep score.

And yes — it keeps you on top of what you're reading

AO3 sends you an email every time a chapter drops. Forward those to your private WIP Inbox address (one Gmail filter, ~2 minutes) and we parse out title, author, fandom, chapter, tags, word count — and add it to your dashboard. The email gets discarded after parsing. No AI reads your fics. No AO3 traffic gets diverted.

Values, briefly

No AI reads your fic. No AO3 content is reproduced or scraped. No ads, ever. No data sold. Your reading history is yours.

WIP Inbox is built by a reader, for readers. It exists because I needed it and nothing else did what I wanted.
